"Can I just say what excellent service ! I asked you to deliver a hamper for my friend’s 50th Birthday to an estate in Scotland. I confused things by giving you the wrong name for the Hotel, and gave you the Lodge name. After checking on the Parcel Force tracking system I noted that they were having problems with the address, you were immediately on to Parcel Force and found the hamper and it was picked up successfully.

The gift tower that I sent to my Mother as a birthday treat arrived on her birthday as promised and she was bowled over. In fact she thought the courier had made a mistake and it was meant for somebody else so it also achieved the goal as being a very nice surprise.
