Hampergifts Terms and Conditions
Any use of the Hampergifts.co.uk
website is subject to the user agreeing to the following Terms
and Conditions.
These conditions shall apply to all online
transactions between Hampergifts.co.uk (“Hampergifts”) and any
person, firm or company (“the Purchaser”) placing an order online with
Hampergifts for the manufacture and/or supply of any goods (“the
Goods”). Hampergifts, by accepting any order for Goods from the
Purchaser, agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods
at the price stated on Hampergifts website and on the sole basis
of the terms and conditions of Hampergifts stated herein.

1. Price
In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website, Hampergifts reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. The customer will be notified by email informing them of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order.
2. Website Security
Hampergifts provides a 100% secure payment system. All payment transactions will be processed by . Payments are submitted online using protocol 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the strongest commercially available level of encryption. The private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. To verify the Hampergifts security certificate place your mouse over the Comodo icon on the left hand side of the page. For added security, we do not store your credit card details.
The Purchaser should see a solid yellow padlock in their browser status bar (after the point where they have logged in to Hampergifts) which indicates that the encryption is taking place. Clicking on this padlock symbol will display the certificate details, including issuing company and validity dates.

4. Delivery Information
Where do you deliver?
All deliveries are made by either ParcelForce or Royal Mail and we deliver to all UK addresses, with the exception of: Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. Deliveries to these areas are not covered but may be possible. Please contact our customer services team for details on 01727895900. Hampergifts can also deliver selected gifts to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Hampergifts requires two working days to process and deliver your order. E.g. orders placed up until midnight on a Monday can be delivered on Wednesday (UK mainland only). Deliveries to Ireland (Republic and Northern) may take an additional day or two to arrive. Our courier, ParcelForce, deliver from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If requested we can provide the ParcelForce tracking number in order to track the status of your order. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery time.
Can I select a delivery date?
Yes you are able select a preferred delivery date for your gifts in the checkout pages of our website.
Note: Hampergifts will endeavour to deliver on the day requested but delays may occur that are outside our direct control. In the unlikely event of a delay in shipment Hampergifts can provide customers with a ParcelForce tracking number to track shipments.
How much is the delivery?
The Hampergifts delivery charge is £5.95 per gift and includes insurance in the unlikely event of damages.
Important Delivery Information
Hampergifts will endeavour to deliver on the day requested but delays may occur that are outside our direct control. In the unlikely event of a delay in shipment Hampergifts can provide customers with a ParcelForce tracking number to track shipments.
All deliveries require a signature - please choose a delivery date when someone can be there to receive the gift.
Please ensure all address details including house number and post code are entered correctly.
Any delivery problems and redirections arising from incorrect address information will be charged for.
If the recipient is not at home on the selected delivery date, the courier (Parcelforce Worldwide) will either attempt redelivery the next working day (from 9am to 5pm), leave the parcel with a neighbour or leave the parcel at a local post office for collection.
If the parcel is not collected by the addressee after 14 days then it is returned to Hampergifts. Thereafter, the Purchaser will incur a redelivery charge to deliver the Goods. The Purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replaced (any perishable items).
5. Refunds / Cancellations
Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and the service we provide. If the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval, please return them to us within 7 days, unused and in their original packaging, and we will happily refund the value of the goods.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before the requested delivery date. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation later than 24 hours before the delivery date, you may be too late to halt the delivery. To cancel your order if the goods have already been dispatched, you must notify our customer services team by email to .
If you cancel the contract you must send the item, unused and in its original packaging, back to our contact address and we will refund the value of the goods.
6. Damaged Goods
If the Goods are damaged the Purchaser should contact Hampergifts within 3 days of receipt of Goods. Damaged Goods must be returned to our address above, suitably packaged. Hampergifts will replace or refund the items concerned.
7. Complaints / Customer Care

Hampergifts will do our utmost to investigate any complaints as soon as they are brought to our notice. We will endeavour to rectify any problems as soon as possible. Please note that the Purchaser is also welcome to contact Hampergifts on any issue relating to their order on the contact telephone, fax or email listed above. Hampergifts operating hours are from 09:00am GMT to 17:00pm GMT, Monday to Friday.
8. Substitutions
Hampergifts reserves the right to substitute any items included in hampers of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the web site are unavailable.
9. Alcohol
No persons under 18 years of age may place an order or receive Goods from Hampergifts if the Goods contain alcohol.
10. Force Majeure
Hampergifts will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested delivery date. Hampergifts shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
11. Privacy Policy
Hampergifts collects the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected by Hampergifts to process the Purchaser’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. Hampergifts will not email marketing material to the Purchaser unless prior consent has been obtained. If the Purchaser does not wish to receive any promotional material they can uncheck the 'Promotions' box in their personal details.

All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on this site are the copyright of Hampergifts. As a visitor to the Hampergifts website you are licensed to copy electronically or to print portions of this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without Hampergifts prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
13. Jurisdiction
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
