If the recipient is not home the driver will post a calling-card and leave the parcel with a neighbour or at the local post office for collection. If these are not possible they will attempt redelivery the next working day.

All hampers are shipped individually in their own secure postal cartons, using a signed-for service with ParcelForce. Delivery is charged per parcel and prices are inclusive of VAT and insurance in the unlikely event of damages.
