Due to the high volume of shipments during the festive season, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed in December. However, we will always try to deliver as close to your chosen date as possible.

Yes! You can deliver to multiple different addresses and complete your entire order in one quick checkout transaction.
Deliveries are usually made between 8:00am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
On the morning of dispatch, DPD will send you a tracking email/SMS containing a 1-hour delivery window. This message includes a "Show My Options" button, which allows you to give DPD 'in-flight' instructions if the recipient won't be home. You can instruct them to:

We deliver throughout the UK. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to the EU, the Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey), PO Box addresses, or BFPO addresses.
I ordered two hampers, from abroad (as it's the best way to send Christmas presents). The choices were amazing, the ordering process very simple, and the entire delivery (of both) went off without a hitch (according to the recipients).
