While we rely on a premium 24hr service, please note this is not a guaranteed service and delays can occasionally occur beyond our control. Deliveries to some remote UK areas and UK Islands will take longer to arrive. Please allow an extra 1-2 days.

The packaging was beautiful but the gift package was delivered 2 days early & not on the day I requested which would have been the actual birthday. This is the reason why I am rating it with a 4 star & not 5.
