I wrote to you seeking advice about a hamper for my mother's 100th birthday. I gave you some ideas about what I thought, and you came back with the appropriate packages. I ordered one but was concerned it might not be delivered on time. I had no need to worry. The service from start to finish ( delivery) excellent. The company able to talk through the process, not that it was complicated but the author is a dinosaur.
