Due to the high volume of shipments during the festive season, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed in December. However, we will always try to deliver as close to your chosen date as possible.

We deliver throughout the UK. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to the EU, the Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey), PO Box addresses, or BFPO addresses.

Package of goodies were great, just as expected. The delivery, however needs to be improved. The parcel was left at the front door without the recipient acknowledging it and it remained there overnight. The delivery happened before the date that was transmitted to me. Was there no knock or phone call? While the recipient was home, they were not aware the parcel was sitting outside and at risk. I received an email stating the recipient received the parcel while was not correct. Thank-you
